If you're part of the RapChic crew with an account, simply log in through our online store and check the order's fulfillment status for your most recent purchase. If it's marked as fulfilled, you can access your tracking information within the order details.

Storage & Protection
When it comes to keeping your jewelry in tip-top shape, it's essential to store it in a dry place. If you don't wear your jewelry often, make use of the provided leather pouch for safekeeping. Just be sure not to store your pieces alongside rubber items to avoid any unwanted reactions.
We take pride in crafting our pieces with top-quality PVD plating to ensure long-lasting beauty. However, even the finest jewelry needs a little care. Avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming, especially in saltwater or hot temperatures, as this can reduce its lifespan. Chlorine can cause permanent damage to gold-plated jewelry, so it's best to steer clear. We also recommend removing your jewelry before showering or applying colognes, perfumes, or other chemical products. Note: Our Clean Collection is both water and fade-proof.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, clean it regularly using a soft cloth. This will help remove sweat and any accumulated chemicals. Please refrain from using harsh chemicals during the cleaning process, as they may damage your jewellery.
