Refund Policy

At RAPCHIC, we exclusively provide gift card issuance and do not facilitate payment reimbursements. Please review the following policies for a clear understanding of our return and refund procedures:

Returns:
Returns will be accepted within 10 days following the delivery of your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with attached tags, in its original packaging, complete with the label and tag.

Significant Requirements:
- Expired Gift Cards cannot be used, and no reimbursement or credit will be provided for funds from expired cards.
- The Gift Card is valid for 30 days. Items must be unused and have all tags attached.
- Packaging must include the original invoice, packaging materials, and tags. - The product should be free of scratches or deformities.
- An unboxing video is mandatory in case of damaged, incorrect, or missing products.
- Return items will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet expectations will result in rejection, and the product will be returned at your expense with no reimbursement.

Replacement and Substitution:
Replacement is possible only for damaged or incorrect items after an unboxing video.
If a product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, it can be exclusively substituted with a gift card.

Gift Wrapping and Sale Items:
Gift wrapping services are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
We do not accept returns for sale items.

Shipping and Retrieval:
If a reverse pick-up service is unavailable for a particular address or pin code, the customer must use a local courier service for the return, and shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
The return retrieval will be scheduled for the initial delivery address.
Once the product is delivered at our end, the gift card will be issued within the next 24 hours via email post-quality check.
The return process takes 7-10 working days to deliver the product to our warehouse.

Gift Card Usage:
- Local Pitara gift cards can be applied on our website at the checkout page. - Select the "Coupon Code" option at the checkout page to utilise the gift card received via email.
- The code will be applied, and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
- The validity of the gift card is 30 days. - Gift cards are sent to the same email id used for the initial order.
- For any issues using the gift card code, contact our customer service team via call at +91 8451003373 or WhatsApp on +91 8451003373 (10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday), or send an email to hello@rapchic.in.

Procedure for Returning Order:
- Visit our website and locate the "Return" section at the top.
- Complete the Return Request form with your Order Number, Email ID/Mobile Number, chosen return reason, and selected product.
- Additionally, upload a video/photo for the chosen reason.
- Your request will be reviewed within the next 24 hours. It will be accepted if it meets the criteria; otherwise, you may receive a rejection message.
- After the return process is initiated, your order takes 7-8 days to reach our warehouse. The gift card will be issued within the next 24 hours, as promised.

Cancellation Policy:
For all COD & pre-paid orders, we won't be able to cancel once orders are shipped.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of the refund status. If approved, you will receive a gift card within ten business days.
